THE BRIEF
Stephen and Louisa loved the quirky footprint of their home and filled it with unique, eccentric furniture that reflected their creative personalities. But a large, undefined space left them feeling frustrated. After trying different layouts without success, they came to us feeling stuck and unsure how to make the space work or where to start redesigning.
With their daughters growing up and the toddler years behind them, they decided it was time to take on the challenge of a full redecoration.

THE DETAILS
We created a layout plan that gave each area a clear purpose while ensuring the whole house felt connected and cohesive. Together, we developed bold designs that reflected their individuality while maximising the home’s potential.
For the interiors, we focused on their needs for a fun, unique family home. A lively, practical space also perfect for entertaining. From room-by-room decor schemes to furniture that suited their budget, we balanced practical choices with a few standout investment pieces to make the space feel truly special.

THE SHOWSTOPPER
This upcycled sideboard – a standout piece from inimitable Muck n Brass – set the tone for the vibrant bar transformation. Once a blank canvas, the space now bursts with personality, embodying everything the owners envisioned for their unique family home. It’s a little alternative, undeniably quirky, rich in colour and effortlessly luxe. A big piece of our design ethos is reinvention, breathing new life into existing furniture and here, the sideboard is our perfect finishing touch.
