BOLD COLOURFUL VICTORIAN TERRACE EARLSFIELD, LONDON

VICTORIAN TERRACE IN EARLSFIELD

With their young child era behind them, Charlotte and Mark were ready to refresh their Victorian terrace and create a home that felt bold, luxurious, and full of character. They wanted to embrace richer colours and styles but weren’t sure how to make it all work together. Charlotte had some ideas but worried they wouldn’t translate well in her space.

BOLD, COLOURFUL DETAILS

The wingback chair was a family heirloom and so it became the centrepiece for the layout as well as reupholstering it in a flamboyant fabric. The colour scheme for this room was all based around this chair.

We guided them step by step, using our Colour and Style boards to show how to make impactful choices while ensuring the house felt cohesive and inviting. From selecting furnishings to creating furniture layouts and scheme boards, we brought their vision to life. We handled every detail, from ordering to final styling, ensuring a seamless process.

The result is a beautifully designed home that feels stylish and sophisticated, while still being practical for family life. Charlotte and Mark are now excited to use their home more for entertaining, hosting dinner parties and gatherings in spaces they feel proud to share with friends and family. Their home isn’t just a place to live—it’s a space to enjoy and celebrate.

PROJECT REVIEW

“Kate took us step-by-step on a journey, from layout, decoration, furniture selection, accessorising and styling. She was a joy to work with throughout – so patient with our questions, always painstakingly explaining the more complex aspects and offering options. She seemed to “get” us from the start and her creativity and ingenuity constantly amazed us”
