A COLOURFUL FAMILY HOME
Transforming a blank canvas into a vibrant, characterful home was the challenge for Maia and Adrian, who swapped their dream of a Victorian terrace in London for a new build in a Berkshire village. Creating a family-friendly, welcoming space full of personality (and free of dull greys) was key, especially with their differing tastes and styles.
Starting in the early build stages, we supported the architect’s plans with detailed drawings, including lighting and cabinetry layouts, while ensuring builders’ deadlines were met. Maia and Adrian were new to buying off-plan, so we guided them through selecting flooring, kitchens, and bathrooms with confidence.
For the interiors, we focused on their needs for a fun, lively home that’s perfect for family life and entertaining. From room-by-room decor schemes to furniture that suited their budget, we balanced practical choices with a few standout investment pieces to make the space feel truly special.
The result is a home where Maia and Adrian feel deeply connected—a colourful, welcoming space where family and friends are always part of the story.
