MEET KATE

FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR

I’ve always been drawn to the connection between space and emotion – how light, colour and placement change how we feel. After a decade designing sets for films like The Matrix and Troy, I founded Kate Lovejoy Interiors to create something more personal: spaces people truly live in, not just look at.

My background in film taught me technical precision, creative direction and how to read between the lines. But what shapes my work now is people. Their rhythms, their stories, and the relationships we build together.

That’s what I love most…helping clients feel truly seen and supporting them in creating homes that reflect who they are and who they’re becoming.
