It all starts with a 90-minute consultation for £350 +vat, where we’ll discuss your vision, assess feasibility, and outline a detailed framework for your renovation. During this session, we’ll also help you identify which professionals—whether an architect, contractor, or other specialists—you’ll need next to bring your project to life. After the consultation, you’ll have a clear plan in place and can decide how to proceed with each stage, ensuring that every step aligns with your vision and budget. Our process gives you the flexibility to move forward at your own pace, fully informed and supported.
