There’s quite a bit of colour in this open plan room, so although we chose a richer colour palette than other areas, we didn’t want them all competing with each other.

The deep teal corner sofa acts as the anchor, bringing richness and depth to the scheme with a muted mauve feature wall adding another layer of colour without overwhelming the space, tying in with the soft pink elements.

Surprisingly, the rug is a key player in this space, subtly pulling together all the hues in a painterly pattern that feels effortless.

Our clients took a while to decide on the final hue but they knew they wanted it to be blue.

Isn’t it refreshing to see a bright colour like this for a change?!
This breezy sky blue brings a real sense of positivity and lightness, proving that colour can be both fun and uplifting at the same time. Paired with crisp white worktops, soft marble veining, and playful pops of colour, it feels like a breath of fresh air.

Because colour isn’t just about how a space looks—it’s about how it makes you feel.
